How this is kept safe
- A gift is written down once, with the next receipt number. It is never changed. A mistake is fixed by a new row.
- One person on the money team proposes a grant. A different person on the team approves it, after the board votes, by name.
- A grant is never more than the gifts that came in.
- The board moves no money between ministries. Linked Ministries may fund an ask from its gifts when its board says yes.
